When the owners of Next Generation Company purchased a horse trailer for
their family’s recreation, they needed a mattress for it. An unusual shape
for a mattress, but they knew exactly where they could get one, they made
one of their hospital mattresses to custom fit the gooseneck area of their
trailer. All the great features, fire-retardant, antimicrobial, and
waterproof, made perfect sense for this application. It wasn’t long before
they were making them for friends and then, just by word of mouth, they were
getting all kinds of requests for mattresses. Many people complained, "the
mattress that came in my RV is so uncomfortable, where can I find one to
replace it that is comfortable and will fit"?
Shortly thereafter, at the end of the day, gathered around the dinner table with their friends, they came up with the name "Days End". That’s how it all began. I am proud to offer you this product. The
Days End Mattress is manufactured by its parent company Next
Generation Co., Inc. which has been manufacturing specialty mattresses under
private labels for hospitals, nursing homes, and long term care facilities
for more than 17 years. Their products are specifically designed for the
prevention of decubitus ulcers (bed sores).
